Just a suggestion,I like to poach a little 'Sweet Potato'(for a few mins ,Yam to some!)then cook them a little,plus some add some heat from a Pepper or Sauce?&then add them to the Carrots with a little Honey..

They come out better in a well seasoned and buttered cast iron pan. The only problem is you can only make one at a time that way.

I don't have a air rack so I put my cookies on tissues and that works as well.

I have an air fryer XL pro. It does everything I need, and I did my pumpkin seeds in my airfryer on three racks and they turned out perfectly! I can always set the time and the temperature, and don't have to worry about it being overdone because the air fryer turns off on its own. So, if you're interested in something like that check out your options for air fryers!
